AGENT INSTRUCTIONS:
In the grid below you will find Atlantic REO’s up-to-the-minute REO property inventory.
1. Move your pointer to the property ADDRESS and CLICK to View Property Details Pop-Up Window.
2. The Property Detail screen will show you if there are "offers submitted" on this property.
3. Make sure to click on the "Offer Instructions" link to find details on how to present your Buyer offer.
4. To submit your offer, click on the Submit link. * Don't forget to print your Confirmation!

IMPORTANT NOTE:
You must upload required offer documents (GAR Contracts and correct Addenda - if applicable) with your offer for the offer to be considered COMPLETE. Should you be presented with technical difficulties please email the required offer documents to: offers@kurznergroup.com
